The 4 keep warm temperature settings (160°F, 175°F, 195°F, 208°F) allow you to brew anything from green tea to French press coffee to perfection. The optional Quick Temp mode reaches selected keep warm temperature without first having to reach a boil – saving time and energy while reducing steam.
