Return Process

  Place the item in its original Zojirushi box with all manuals and accessories, then secure the package with heavy-duty shipping tape.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
